Attachment to Quotation

-Exclusions-

Fuel System: Fuel for testing and initial fill of fuel.

Electrical: All off-engine wiring, field terminations of wiring, and lugs other than those

detailed in our submittal.

Mounting: Generator mounting bolts and anchors.

Miscellaneous: Third party electrical testing and certification, seismic certifications/calculations

for generator isolators only, coordination studies, stamped engineering

calculations, emissions testing, all other services and material not specifically

listed in the preceding quotation.

Documentation: Unless stated otherwise, four sets of O & M manuals are available upon request.

Electronic manuals are not available.

Taxes and Permits: Any applicable sales tax, permits, licenses.

All items listed

are excluded and will only be supplied by Cummins Northwest, LLC if agreed upon, in

writing, by a sales representative for Cummins Northwest, LLC.

Clarifications/Exceptions to Specifications: 263213 1.05K Cummins will assist the Contractor

with information needed to complete air quality permit. 1.05C & 2.02B 500 DFEK max output per

prototype testing is 516kw including all reserve factors. 2.10B 2 Circuit Breaker provided is a

Square D, PJ Series 1200AF/800AT, with ground fault indication only (no trip). 2.09D Load shed

control provided will be current sensing, rather than voltage sensing. 2.12 Pre-fitted enclosure

sound hoods are shipped separate, to be re-installed by Contractor at jobsite. 2.14 H. ATS-1 & 3

are oversized to meet drawing withstand ratings. 2.10 I. In-line current limiting fuse protection is

not provided within ATS’s. 2.10 G. Transfer switches are provided in Nema 1 enclosures stand-

alone, not designed for bus connection into a switchboard.

Current factory lead time is 13-15 weeks after drawing approvals.

-Terms and Conditions-

• This offer and quotation incorporates and is contingent upon acceptance of the terms and

conditions in the standard Sales Order of Cummins Northwest, LLC. Purchase Orders or other

documents with terms and conditions that are inconsistent with the CNW standard Sales Order

will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing by an officer of Cummins Northwest, LLC.

Prices are valid for 30 days

• If included in the quotation, all on-site startup, testing and training assumes weekdays, during

standard CNW business hours.

Additional charges may be added for work requested to be

done on overtime, weekends, and holidays.

F.O.B. factory, freight allowed to jobsite, off-loading is not included

• Factory direct shipments require credit approval prior to shipment

• Terms are C.O.D. or net 30 days

upon approval of credit

• Equipment held for longer than 30 days may be charged a monthly storage fee

• Cancellation charges are 25%
